Thanks for the warm welcome, we would have stayed for longer. Bed was comfy...
We appreciated this hotel. Everything was very clean👍
I appreciated the room and especially the bed was great. My stay was excellent and I would have extended the stay.
Staff was incredible! Bathroom was a nice size, very quiet location
The bed wasn't as comfortable as I would prefer. It was kind of hard. Parking was very tight under the building when you had to park against the support beams.
The staff members were extremely congenial (offering bottled water on a hot day) and the room was comfortable for a good night's sleep.
The room was hot and muggy upon arrival. It also had an odd odor. Things greatly improved once the A/C ran for awhile.
The staff at this hotel is lovely and very helpful.
There were 2 queen beds in our room, and one seemed to be broken such that you would roll into the middle of the mattress. The carpet was sticky....so much so that you would not want to walk barefoot. I turned the a/c up high and it seemed to make the situation better. I think there must have been some past water damage to the floor/carpet such that if the humidity gets too high in the room the carpet starts to show the damage. My parents were in a room right next door but their carpet did not have this problem. Please stop using styrofoam plates and bowls in the dining room. Cities around the country are banning the material because it's so environmentally unfriendly. I hope Holiday Inn takes the lead in their hotel segment to stop using this material. Please improve Holiday Inn signage on the main road.
Nice room! Pancakes for breakfast!! Great spot for Granddaughter's introduction to UNC and Chapel Hill!
Difficulty actually finding Hilton Express! The sign to the Hampton Inn was visible, but where is your sign at the turn-in?
The staff was exceptional. From the front desk to the breakfast area to the housekeeping team, all were very pleasant and helpful.
Microwave and fridge and Keurig in room.
Mattress on the sofa bed was awful...springs poked through. Breakfast was mediocrexat best on Saturday...a little better on Sunday.
The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good, too - lots of variety in a small space.
Breakfast area was a little small but still seemed to work okay ... didn't see people wandering around looking for a place to sit.
Geographic position relative to where I needed to be. Clean, comfortable room and friendly and helpful staff.
Breakfast. I have come to realise that hotel breakfasts in the US are not of a very high standard generally and the quantity of disposable plastic and other materials is of concern.
My room was clean and rather large. No complaints about facility or personnel at all.
I was next to the elevator control room which was a little annoying but nothing that kept me from getting a good night's sleep.
Spacious king suite, clean, great shower and dependable internet
They assigned the wrong type room at first, but Manager quickly remedied that for us. Asked for wake up call, which never came...fortunately had our own backup alarm.
The oven was broken and there was no hot food but that really didn't bother us. Overall the hotel was an excellent place.
Location - short and easy drives to where I needed to go. Room - comfortable bed, dependable Wi-Fi, large bathroom so you were not squeezed when using the shower or the sink. Breakfast - great choices and always well-stocked.
Signage - really had to know where you were going because there is no sign on the main road or the road that its address is on Fitness center - had three different machines but no weights and no area to lift weights, stretch, do stomach exercises, etc.
